If you do not have an Event Planner/Coordinator, YOU will be the point of contact for all vendors on the day of your event and will need to solve all problems that arise. This can be extremely stressful. You will need to answer questions such as where do you want the flowers? Why isn't the bakery here yet? Where should we put the guests who arrived last minute even after they said they could not attend?
